- Check the company has a toll free (free phone) 24/7 number. You should be able to contact your host at all times. Make sure someone acutally picks up the phone!
- Check how many sites are hosted per server. If there are hundreds of sites on the same server it may get very slow.
- Find a website that is hosted by the company and see how fast theirs is.
- Pay Monthly to avoid loss of payments if the company goes out of business
